How we use it
- To carry out repairs, deliver orders and send you status updates by email.
- To issue VAT invoices as required by UAE regulations.
- To send offers and tips if you subscribed — every email includes a way to opt out, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Data on your device
Technicians access the data on a device only when the repair requires it and only with your permission. We never copy, browse or share personal files, and we recommend you back up your device before any repair.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with delivery partners (to deliver your order), payment providers (to process payments) and authorities where the law requires.
