Bring the music back

A HomePod that crackles, drops off Wi-Fi or refuses to power on is not necessarily finished — most faults trace to the power supply, the top touch board or heat-stressed audio components, all of which we repair at our bench.

Common HomePod faults we fix

• No power — internal PSU faults on the full-size HomePod and cable/adapter faults on the mini.
• Distorted or crackling sound — amplifier and driver-level repair after diagnosis, not blind replacement.
• Siri not responding — microphone array and top-panel issues.
• Wi-Fi / pairing problems — resets done properly, and network-side fixes when the HomePod was never the culprit.
• Physical damage — top glass panel and housing repairs where parts allow.
